Welcome to Gar Reapers (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our fishing equipment and guided fishing trips. By accessing our website or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Gar Reapers sells fishing equipment and offers guided fishing trips. All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

• A non‑refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve a guided fishing trip.
• The deposit secures your date, guide, and resources and will be applied toward the total price of the trip unless otherwise stated.
• The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the trip, as instructed at booking.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

• Customer cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Trips may be rescheduled at Gar Reapers’ discretion, subject to availability.
• Gar Reapers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Gar Reapers cancels, deposit handling will be communicated to the customer.

All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any guided fishing trip.

By signing the waiver, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Fishing is an inherently risky activity.
• You assume all risks associated with the trip, including but not limited to injury, illness, equipment failure, and environmental hazards.
• Gar Reapers, its owners, employees, guides, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or death, except where prohibited by law.

Failure to sign the waiver will result in denied participation without refund.

Customers agree to:

• Follow all guide instructions and safety rules.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal fishing laws.
• Obtain and carry any required fishing licenses.
• Arrive on time and prepared for the trip.

Gar Reapers reserves the right to end a trip early without refund if a customer behaves unsafely, unlawfully, or disrespectfully.

You acknowledge that fishing activities may involve risks including, but not limited to, weather conditions, water hazards, wildlife, sharp equipment, and physical exertion. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

All fishing equipment sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Gar Reapers is not responsible for:

• Improper use of equipment
• Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or external factors

Any warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer.

All website content, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Gar Reapers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gar Reapers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or participation in guided trips.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Gar Reapers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
