Guided Fishing Trips with Gar Reapers

Participation Requirements – Gar Reapers Guided Trips

To ensure a safe, legal, and seamless experience, all customers must meet the following requirements prior to participating in any guided trips with Gar Reapers:

1. Fishing License

All participants are responsible for obtaining a valid fishing license if required by local or state law. Licenses must be secured before the scheduled trip date. Gar Reapers does not provide fishing licenses and is not responsible for any violations related to licensing.

2. Liability Waiver

Before the guided trip begins, all participants are required to sign a liability waiver. Any individual who does not sign this waiver will not be permitted to participate. Failure or refusal to sign the liability waiver will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of participation.

3. Scheduling & Availability

All guided trips are subject to availability. If your requested date and time are not shown on the calendar, please contact us via email to be added to the calendar or to request availability for that time.

4.Additional People

Trips include 1-2 people. Boat trips can have a total of 4 people while bank trips can have a total of 6 with an additional 100.00 for each additional person after 2. Children under 12 are an additional 50.00. If you are booking a trip with children under 12, please reach out to get updated and correct price on trip.
